The Challenge

Rural communities often struggle with limited or no internet connectivity, and lack access to quality educational tools. Students and teachers are left without modern, interactive learning resources, widening educational gaps.

The INTELLI Educational Assistant

To bridge this divide, DS Intelligence created the Educational Assistant for Rural Areas, an entirely offline version of INTELLI that:

• Runs on battery or portable solar power.
• Offers interactive content, instant answers, and personalized learning support.
• Protects privacy and data sovereignty by keeping information local.

Kick-off at IFE Conference 2025

We presented this solution at the IFE Conference 2025 in Monterrey, an event that gathered over 4,600 participants from 27 countries. At our stand, universities from more than 10 countries visited, tried our live demo, and interacted directly with INTELLI. Many expressed excitement about how we were building something truly portable and offline—an AI solution ready to work in places where the cloud cannot reach.

Impact and Next Steps

We have launched pilots in rural schools that show improved student motivation and comprehension. Our next step is to expand to more communities, partner with NGOs and governments, and continue developing the Educational Assistant for Rural Areas as a blueprint for global deployment.
